Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Please note that during periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days, depending on your location. While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, please be aware that occasional delays can occur due to external factors beyond our control (e.g. customs clearance, weather disruptions, or courier issues).

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Please note that some items in your order may be shipped separate to the rest of your order. In this case you'll be provided with separate tracking numbers for each part of your order.

Shipping Protection:
We strongly recommend selecting our optional shipping protection at checkout. This service protects your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If shipping protection is not purchased, RouletteTime™ will not be liable for any issues that occur during shipment, and we will be unable to offer refunds or replacements for affected items.

Customer Responsibility for Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, it is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided. If you have concerns about your package's delivery status, please contact us promptly.

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier, and you have not received it, we require that you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. This allows us to investigate the issue and, if necessary, initiate a claim with the courier.

If you initiate a dispute with your payment provider or file a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may not be in a position to assist further. In such cases, we will rely on the information provided by our logistics partners and couriers to determine the outcome.
